Return & Refund Policy

At Handymaart, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID
  2. Wait for return approval
  3. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided

Note: Do not send products back without approval. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item): Free return shipping
  • If the return is due to customer preference: Customer bears return shipping cost

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider (processing time may vary)
  • If still not received, contact our support team
